How much does a white-label solution cost?+
White-label solutions are individually priced based on number of tenants, branding scope, and support level. Costs typically range from 2–3x the standard plan. We’ll create a tailored quote in a personal consultation.
How does the reseller program for agencies work?+
As a reseller, you get a master account with sub-tenants for your clients. Manage all chatbot instances centrally, allocate token budgets, and bill your end clients individually. Volume discounts apply from 10 tenants. OCENOX handles AI infrastructure, updates, and operations.
What are the requirements for on-premise deployment?+
The ONOXIA Worker is a Docker container (Worker + Qdrant) requiring approx. 50 MB RAM. Your server needs Docker and outbound HTTPS access to the AI API and ONOXIA Dashboard API. No inbound traffic required. Deployment takes less than an hour — we’ll support you.
Can I use my own AI model (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)?+
Yes. ONOXIA supports alternative LLMs on request: OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or local models via Ollama. You can provide your own API key or use OCENOX-managed. Switching is configurable per site with no data loss.
How do I integrate ONOXIA headless into my platform (API)?+
The Enterprise API lets you integrate ONOXIA directly into your existing UI — no widget needed. The REST API provides endpoints for chat (stateless, HMAC-signed), RAG management, batch import, and analytics. Ideal for marketplaces, e-commerce systems, or internal tools.
Does my data stay in my network with on-premise?+
Yes, completely. With on-premise deployment, the AI worker and vector database (Qdrant) run in your own data center. RAG documents, conversations, and user data never leave your network. You can even use local AI models to eliminate external API calls entirely.
Which languages are supported?+
Widget, dashboard, and bot are currently available in German and English. Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and more) can be activated on short notice. The RAG knowledge base is already multilingual.
Is there a minimum contract term or setup fee?+
Custom solutions typically have a 12-month minimum term. Setup fees depend on scope — simple white-label setups often come with no setup cost. We’ll discuss all details in a personal consultation.
